Graduate Mechanical Engineer

Harry joined NESC as its first graduate engineer, having undergone a NESC submarine SQEP course he now works on a selection of projects within the nuclear industry. Harry is currently part of the condition monitoring team designing systems to continuously assess the health and performance of machines and equipment to reduce maintenance times and improve their availability.

Harry joined NESC after completing his Meng(H) in mechanical engineering. Harry took a year out of university to work as an undergraduate design engineer at a design and manufacturing company based in Devon. During his time there Harry gained extensive experience with CAD and participated in large sections of the life cycles of his projects, from concept design all the way to commissioning
