Throughout my career, I have completed extensive in-house training, equipping me with knowledge of regulatory standards, engineering principles, and human factors methodologies tailored to the nuclear sector. My work involves analysing human-system interactions, designing processes that enhance safety and efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. I am passionate about creating safer workplaces, by combining psychological insight with engineering principles to ensure that technology and people work together seamlessly.
