Following a successful 26-year career in the Royal Navy, Nicholas joined NESC Ltd to continue his professional development within the nuclear sector. During his service as a submarine mechanical engineer, he carried out a range of specialist roles, including submarine escape and rescue parachutist and Rolls Royce certified nuclear standards inspector. This career gave him extensive experience in reactor plant systems, maintenance delivery, safety-critical operations, and operating to the highest standards in demanding environments.
