Helen Harris

As the Business Director Helen is responsible for all aspects of financial, business and human resource management and planning. Her primary role is to provide oversight and management of provision of sufficient financial and resource liquidity to permit unhindered business operations across all disciplines. In addition, She provides a fixed beacon for all pastoral care, operating an open-door policy to all those engaged within our business.

In a previous life Helen spent several decades within the NHS providing care, support and leadership. It is this experience that provides her the enduring capability, patience and capacity to fulfil her current role within a highly dynamic business environment.
