Ian is a Senior Nuclear Engineer (Electrical) working on a broad selection of projects for various clients within the nuclear industry. His current role as the Design Authority of a Nuclear Facility involves ensuring design intent is maintained through life and that activities are carried out in accordance with Nuclear Licensed Conditions.

Ian had a 25 year career in HM Armed Forces covering a large cross section of engineering and has been at NESC since leaving the Armed Forces in 2020. Outside of work he enjoys a wide range of outdoor activities including mountaineering and Polar exploration. Moving forward he sees himself as an integral part of the NESC family growing and excelling in everything we do.
