Currently Matt is working as a Graduate Safety Engineer, within this role Matt has undergone training through a series of inhouse modules and tasks. These modules have developed his understanding of nuclear safety best working practices and the tasks have emulated the work that would be done within the industry. Recently Matt has also been placed on a client project, working as part of a team of engineers. This has helped to contextualise and further develop the training that he has received, also gaining exposure to the industry and how work is conducted within.
