How are you finding the transition from University to NESC?
I've recently graduated from Coventry University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and I am now working as a Graduate Safety Engineer for NESC. I'm currently undergoing training to gain a deeper understanding of nuclear safety best working practices and the role I will play within the industry. Once this is completed, I will be placed on client projects, working under a Senior Safety Engineer whilst continuing my development as a Safety Engineer. Transitioning from university to full time employment is a significant change but having been fully supported by NESC and the company being clear on the potential they see within graduates, makes the transition seamless.
