For round 3 of the Acerbis Nationals, Alfie visited Warmingham Lane – a tight track which is known to be a little bit dangerous. Alfie added:
“On Saturday, we only had two races due to accidents delaying the day, but I managed to bring home 2x 1st place finishes.
“Unfortunately, I had a crash on Sunday which left the bike tangled in the fencing. By the time Dad and I got the bike out of the fence, I was a lap down on the other riders, but I managed to come back through to 10th position. I then won the last two races to bring home the overall and extend my championship lead.
“Gutted I couldn’t get 5/5 race wins again this weekend but looking at the positives, I now have 104 points gap to 2nd in the championship.”
