First 2 weeks of 7 completed in Japan. We started at the International Budo University which was a good level for my team mates and I to adapt to the open style of judo. Next stop is Tokyo where we will travel to multiple universities and training centres in the area for 3 weeks, and more of my team mates will be flying in to join us. 

So far the experience has been very enjoyable and I’m excited to see the benefits this camp will have, come my competitions at the end of the year.
